Operational Leadership Foundations: Implats (2002–2014)

My professional journey began in Operations at Impala Platinum (Implats) in Rustenburg, where I served for 12 years. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of frontline leadership, team dynamics, performance management, and operational efficiency in a high-stakes environment.
This phase of my career shaped my work ethic, sharpened my problem-solving under pressure, and taught me the value of strategic execution within structured systems. It was here that I began to see leadership not just as a role, but as a responsibility to inspire, influence, and lead by example..

Ministry Leadership & Entrepreneurial Growth (2014–2019)

In 2014, I transitioned into full-time ministry, serving under New Covenant Fellowship International. I was entrusted with responsibilities in teaching, mentorship, and spiritual leadership — guiding others toward discovering and fulfilling their God-given purpose.

That same year, I founded Khuthazeka Consulting, a leadership and strategy firm focused on empowering entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations. What started as a small vision soon expanded into coaching, leadership strategy sessions, and consulting projects designed to build purpose-driven and resilient systems.
Khuthazeka Consulting continues to grow as a trusted voice in both the corporate and developmental space, offering practical tools and strategic insights for business and leadership success.

This season marked a unique convergence of ministry and marketplace influence, equipping me to lead from both a spiritual and strategic perspective.

Purpose-Driven Influence & Legacy Building (2019–Present)

In 2019, I founded Royal Priesthood Generation Ministries, a purpose-driven movement focused on raising a generation of leaders grounded in identity, righteousness, and kingdom values. This marked a significant shift into apostolic leadership and legacy-building — driven by faith, mentorship, and transformational teaching.
Alongside this, I continued to expand the work of Khuthazeka Consulting, providing strategic leadership solutions, executive coaching, and vision alignment services to corporate leaders, SMMEs, and organizational teams. Our work remains rooted in helping leaders and businesses navigate complexity with purpose, strategy, and clarity.
In 2024, I published my first book, Leadership: The Art of Inspiring and Motivating Others, which has been featured on platforms such as Exclusive BooksAmazonTakealot, and other online retailers. The book captures my leadership philosophy, integrating emotional intelligence, vision, and ethical influence. I continue to develop new works focused on leadership transformation and enterprise impact.
In 2025, I launched The Entrepreneur’s Lens — a thought leadership platform dedicated to equipping entrepreneurs, executives, and emerging leaders with insight, tools, and perspective to lead with intention. Through articles, podcasts, coaching content, and workshops, the platform bridges strategy and real-world leadership experiences, helping leaders thrive in uncertain environments.
I remain committed to academic growth, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a BCom Honours in Business Management, and am currently completing a Master of Commerce (MCom) focused on strategy, innovation, and inclusive enterprise development in South Africa.
This chapter of my journey is anchored in a singular purpose:
To empower visionary leaders to lead boldly, build strategically, and leave a legacy of lasting impact.
